1. Return Window

We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To make a return, please contact our support team at support@jaxero.com with your order number and the reason for return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it;
  • Be unused and in its original packaging;
  • Enclose a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the 30-day period.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or not as described.
  • If the return is due to our error (for example, an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges

Need a different size or style?

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange and we will guide you through the process.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@jaxero.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the problem
  • A brief description of the problem

We will resolve it promptly, either by sending you a replacement item or refunding you.
